This old classic by Pirchei Agudah is one of my favorite Elul-Tishrei songs. The words come from Tehillim 27:4, לדוד ה׳, which we say each day from the 1st of Elul through Shemini Atzeres. The message is beautiful – there’s only thing I want Hashem, and that is to be close to You.
